How a new Project Management Office has impacted the way ASI works

Founded in 1997, Al Shafar Interiors (ASI) was born from the need of parent company ASGC to have a group business that would accommodate the fit-out side of projects and has continued to develop and innovate into the 21st century.

ASI’s focus on organisational performance has led to the implementation and adoption of various improvement initiatives within the business. Balanced Scorecards and a Project Management Office (PMO) are latest additions to this growing list of improvements.
