ASI is the lead division within ASGC for EXPO 2020 projects, providing a single point of contact and a dedicated team, coordinating across the whole group
An EXPO is where the disciplines of Architecture and Construction meet those of Events and Experiential Communications.
Seamless EXPO 2020 Project Management:
The very specialized and state-of-the-art technology required must be planned and delivered as a fully integrated process alongside construction and MEP works by our specialist division ASU. Our fully turnkey services allow the highest possible level of coordination in these aspects.
Operational management knowledge is needed as an understanding of those requirements is essential to ensuring that construction and fit-out consider function and use from an early stage.
From Opening to Closing EXPO is all about live events. Major pavilion holders have a complex and intensive events programme requirement. Every hour of every day needs to work as hard as the others. A constant and consistent stream of education, entertainment and information needs to be created and delivered in keeping with the client’s goals and objectives for the event.
